CAREER CONSULTANT / COUNSELOR

Savantic Corporation is a high-performance, execution-driven corporate organization. We are looking to recruit dynamic, target-oriented professionals with strong communication skills for our Prayagraj branch.
POSITION DETAILS:
Role: SR Career Consultant / Career Counselor
Location: Prayagraj Branch
Branch Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES:
• Best in Industry Structure: Fixed Base Salary + Aggressive Performance Incentives (Purely target & KPI-linked).
• Salary and incentive structures will depend entirely on the candidate's skills, interview performance, and relevant industry experience.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead Conversion: Actively driving performance to consistently achieve and exceed monthly student admission targets and key performance indicators set by the management.
2. High Volume Engagement: Maintaining the core baseline daily outbound calling volumes to sustain target sales velocity.
3. Career Consulting & Student Guidance: Counseling potential students by identifying their academic requirements, evaluating profiles, and guiding them toward the right platform and the right degree for their careers.
4. Lead Lifecycle Management: Executing systematic follow-ups, resolving queries, handling fee objections, and successfully closing the end-to-end enrollment lifecycle.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship management capabilities with a clear results-driven mindset.
• Prior experience in an inside sales, counseling, or high-volume calling environment is preferred.
