Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential franchise partners across assigned locations.

• Generate franchise leads through calling, networking, digital campaigns, events and field activities.

• Explain the WealthAxis franchise model, investment requirements, earning opportunities and company support system.

• Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchise partners.

• Maintain regular follow-up with leads and convert qualified prospects into franchise partners.

• Assist selected partners with documentation, agreement execution and onboarding.

• Coordinate franchise setup, branding, product training and business launch.

• Support franchise partners in advisor recruitment, client acquisition and local marketing activities.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners.

• Maintain accurate lead and conversion records and submit regular progress reports.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise recruitment targets.

• Ensure ethical communication and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.

• MBA in Marketing or Finance will be preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise development, insurance, banking, mutual funds, financial services, real estate or business development.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and convincing skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

• Good local market knowledge and professional network.

• Willingness to travel for meetings and business-development activities.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
