Digital Marketing Intern

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing & Content Creation Executive operates from our Prayagraj office to handle our digital presence, content creation, and online advertising activities. This role involves creating highly engaging content, managing social media channels, running Meta Ads, and optimizing campaigns to increase reach and brand enquiries. It is a target-driven role where delivering high-quality campaigns and results directly increases earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging social media content, including designing graphics, posters, creatives, and marketing materials.

Shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos, reels, and promotional videos.

Manage multiple social media platforms, ensuring regular posting and community engagement.

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Monitor ad performance, track basic performance metrics, and report results to management.

Generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and product enquiries.

Work towards defined content, marketing, and campaign targets to maximize ROI and business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred, but a strong portfolio of practical work and creativity is highly valued.

Solid understanding of social media trends, digital marketing fundamentals, and audience behavior.

Basic to advanced practical skills in video editing and graphic design software.

Knowledge of running and managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and other online advertising campaigns is a strong advantage.

Creative mindset with the ability to work independently, generate new content ideas, and meet strict deadlines.

Target-oriented and willing to take full ownership of campaigns and marketing activities.

Freshers with strong practical skills and a good portfolic are highly encouraged to apply.

Must be comfortable working from the Prayagraj office on a full-time basis.
