Job Location: Prayagraj
Experience: More then 2 Years.
Salary: 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA
We are looking for a female recruiter with a strong understanding of the end-to-end hiring process. The candidate should be confident in sourcing profiles through online job portals, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates through job portals and other online channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Understand job requirements and shortlist candidates accordingly.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with selected candidates through offer acceptance and joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate trackers and regular hiring updates.
Requirements
- Practical experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Good knowledge of online job portals and search techniques.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.
