Job Description


Fit Flex Pro Unisex Gym is looking for a friendly, confident and presentable Gym Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist gym members and visitors

• Handle membership enquiries and new registrations

• Manage calls, WhatsApp enquiries and follow-ups

• Explain membership plans and offers to customers

• Maintain member records and basic computer work

• Coordinate with trainers and gym staff

• Handle the reception area and daily front-desk activities

• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Presentable personality

• Positive and friendly attitude

• Fresher candidates can also apply

• Previous gym/reception experience is an advantage

Working Hours:

Morning: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Evening: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Location: Fit Flex Pro Unisex Gym

Salary: ₹8000–₹18,000 per month, depending on experience
