Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and acquire customers for solar installations.
• Visit residential, commercial and industrial customers.
• Explain solar products, pricing and PM Surya Ghar subsidy schemes.
• Build strong customer relationships and convert leads into sales.
• Follow up with potential customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Explore new business opportunities in assigned areas.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
• Petrol Allowance: Extra petrol/travel allowance.

कार्य की जिम्मेदारियां:

• नए ग्राहकों की तलाश करना और सोलर सिस्टम के लिए लीड जनरेट करना।
• घरों, दुकानों, कमर्शियल एवं इंडस्ट्रियल ग्राहकों से मिलना।
• ग्राहकों को सोलर सिस्टम, कीमत और PM सूर्य घर योजना की सब्सिडी की जानकारी देना।
• ग्राहकों से अच्छे संबंध बनाना और बिक्री सुनिश्चित करना।
• संभावित ग्राहकों से नियमित फॉलो-अप करना।
• कंपनी द्वारा दिए गए मासिक सेल्स टारगेट को पूरा करना।
• अपने क्षेत्र में नए बिजनेस के अवसर तलाशना।

सैलरी एवं सुविधाएं:

• फिक्स्ड सैलरी: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 प्रति माह (अनुभव एवं योग्यता के अनुसार)।
• पेट्रोल अलाउंस: अलग से पेट्रोल/यात्रा भत्ता।
• टारगेट बोनस: अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने पर आकर्षक इंसेंटिव।
