Job Description
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions
- Handle purchase and sales entries
- Manage invoices, bills, receipts, and payments
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare bank reconciliation and ledger statements
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements
- Assist with monthly financial reports
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
- Coordinate with other departments when required
- Good knowledge of Accounting Software and MS Excel, MS Word
- Knowledge of GST and TDS
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Inventory
