Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Title: AccountantJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and comply with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting software, and familiarity with taxation and compliance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances
• Prepare data for income tax computation and audits
• Assist in budgeting and financial analysis
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• Professional qualification such as M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax
• MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• ExperienceExperience in handling statutory compliances and audits
• Experience in preparing financial reports and reconciliations
