Job Description

1 ) Admin - Review attendance and submit the sheets once in month for payment release. Working in excel. Making employees attendance verification and final sheet.

2 ) Sales Co Ordination with Sales Executives and Customers to plan the material delivery with delivery person.

3 ) Order and Payment Follow up with customers ( Garages and Spare Parts Shops are the Customers )

4 ) Making Sales Challans ( Manual ) - Khata book entry , Coupon collection and striking in mobile app and get the money on company account.

5 ) Indiamart Login and communication with oil leads Automotive and Industrial ( Training will be provided )

6 ) MAKING PAYMENT FOLLOW UP AND ENSURE TIMELY PAYMENT RECEIPT FROM CUSTOMERS.

7 ) JOB TIME - 10 AM TO 7 PM -6 DAYS WEEK WITH TIFFIN ATTENDANCE REQUIRED IN OFFICE. ( Sunday Holiday ).
