Job Description
- Manage sales activities in the assigned territory/area.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop new dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Plan sales strategies and execute promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and submit updates to management.
- Ensure timely payment collection and resolve customer issues.
