Job Description

Your primary role will include:

• Calling existing and prospective customers.

• Follow-up for quotations and inquiries.

• Customer relationship management.

• Payment follow-up and collection coordination.

• Generating leads and updating customer databases.

• Sharing quotations and product information through WhatsApp, Email, and Phone.

• Recording daily call reports and follow-up status.


Secondary Responsibilities (Accounts & Billing)

You will also assist in:

• Preparing quotations and invoices.

• Tally data entry and billing operations.

• Maintaining customer account records.

• Assisting in payment receipt entries and reconciliations.

• Supporting accounts personnel during workload requirements.

• Filing and maintaining business documents.

• Generating basic reports as instructed by management.
