Commi 1 – Italian (Pizza & Pasta)

Experience: 2–4 years

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes, especially pizzas and pastas
• Handle pizza oven, dough preparation, sauces, and toppings
• Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation standards
• Supervise Commi 2 & 3 and guide junior staff
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
• Coordinate with Head Chef for daily operations

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine
• Good knife skills and kitchen discipline
• Ability to handle work pressure

Commi 2 – Italian (Pizza & Pasta)

Experience: 1–2 years

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of pizza dough, sauces, and pasta
• Cook basic Italian dishes under senior chef guidance
• Maintain mise-en-place for the Italian section
• Follow hygiene and safety standards
• Support Commi 1 during service hours

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Italian cooking
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Team player with positive attitude

Commi 3 – Italian (Pizza & Pasta)

Experience: Fresher / 6 months experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist in cutting, chopping, and food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work area
• Follow instructions from senior chefs
• Learn Italian cooking techniques and recipes
• Support kitchen operations during peak hours

Skills Required:

• Interest in Italian cuisine
• Basic kitchen knowledge preferred
• Hardworking and disciplined
