Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and online tools, and qualify potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Present products or services to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, provide post-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction .
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor competitors, track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback to inform marketing and product strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other teams to align campaigns with customer needs and business goals .
