Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to independently manage the complete digital marketing and online growth of our Hair, Skin & Aesthetic Clinic.

The candidate will be responsible for digital marketing from A to Z, including paid advertising, SEO, website, social media, content, creatives, lead generation and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

- Generate and optimize high-quality leads for clinic services and track CPL, bookings and ROI.

- Manage SEO, Local SEO and Google Business Profile to improve Google/Maps visibility.

- Manage and update the clinic website, landing pages, service pages and basic WordPress requirements.

- Handle Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube content and social media activities.

- Create posts, reels, stories, advertisements, banners and promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools.

- Edit Reels and short-form videos and develop engaging content ideas.

- Conduct keyword and competitor research and identify new digital marketing opportunities.

- Manage Google Analytics, Search Console and other marketing analytics/tracking tools.

- Prepare regular performance reports covering leads, ad spend, CPL, bookings, conversion and ROI.

- Develop and execute monthly digital marketing strategies and continuously test new ideas.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

- Strong experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and Lead Generation.

- Knowledge of Google Business Profile, Local SEO and WordPress.

- Good skills in content creation, Canva and video/Reel editing.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on leads, conversions and ROI.

- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of digital marketing.

Healthcare / Aesthetic / Dermatology / Hair & Skin / Beauty / Wellness industry experience will be an added advantage.

Important: This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can plan, execute, manage and optimize digital marketing independently, rather than only coordinate with agencies or freelancers.
