Educational Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and working professionals regarding available courses and career-oriented programs.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Explain course syllabus, duration, fees, batches, training methodology, and career opportunities.
• Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls and messages.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Generate admissions by effectively communicating the benefits and value of courses.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with trainers and branch teams regarding batch schedules and student requirements.
• Handle student queries and provide appropriate information about courses.
• Achieve assigned admission and counselling targets.
• Maintain good relationships with students and parents.
• Participate in promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and other admission campaigns when required.

Required Skills

• Good Hindi and English communication.
• Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
• Comfortable with calling and follow-up activities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM.

• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
