Job Description
1. To develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure timely upkeep of equipment and facilities
2 To ensure regular inspections and Maintenance of equipment to prevent Breakdowns and ensure safety.
3 To manage maintenance budgets effectively and optimize resource allocation.
4 To ensure maintenance operations Comply with industry regulations and Standards.
5 Fixing preventive maintenance schedule in order rather taking corrective Actions after failure of machinery.
6 Need to analyze maintenance cost [MC] used for each piece of equipment, useful for taking decision as to using asset or purchasing a new one.
7 Technical capability and understanding.
8 Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain.
