Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave records.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Handle basic accounting entries, invoices, payments, and expense records.
- Assist with payroll and salary-related documentation.
- Maintain files and support day-to-day administrative work.
- Coordinate with employees and management as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce, HR, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and HR processes.
- Good communication and MS Office/Excel skills.
- Tally knowledge will be an advantage.
