Human Resource Administrator

We are seeking an energetic HR Manager to handle recruitment, compensation, payroll, and team culture for our high-velocity real estate channel partner and project mandate business.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and hire real estate sales talent (Sourcing Managers, Closing Managers, Team Leads) and back-office staff under tight deadlines.
• Salary & Incentive Design: Build competitive fixed-plus-variable compensation models and transparent, milestone-based commission structures.
• Payroll & Disbursement: Process monthly payroll, verify sales commissions against closed bookings, track attendance, and ensure accurate, on-time salary disbursements.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances, handle attrition in a target-driven sales environment, and drive engagement and performance rewards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of HR experience (Real Estate or sales-heavy agency background preferred).
• Proven track record in high-volume hiring and sales payroll/commission management.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
