Job OverviewBluemaarlin Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the design, manufacturing, and servicing of Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants such as RO, UF, WTP, Softener, DM, and MB systems.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Sales Executive who can efficiently manage inquiries, prepare quotations and proposals, coordinate with internal teams, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent English drafting ability, and be capable of handling multiple inquiries simultaneously.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries received through IndiaMART, phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Respond promptly to new inquiries and coordinate with clients professionally.
• Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and costing sheets.
• Draft professional emails and maintain customer communication.
• Understand the company's technical products and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare and maintain inquiry trackers and Excel sheets.
• Regularly update inquiry status, quotations, and project details.
• Coordinate with the purchase, production, design, and sales teams for pricing and project updates.
• Follow up with customers for quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations.
• Maintain customer records and documentation.
• Handle the IndiaMART portal efficiently and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Assist management with reports and sales documentation.
• Build long-term customer relationships through effective communication.
• Candidate RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Backend Sales, Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support.
• Excellent English communication and email drafting skills.
• Must know Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Strong typing speed and computer proficiency.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Must know how to use ChatGPT for professional drafting and productivity.
• Ability to prepare quotations and proposals accurately.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and willing to work long-term.
• Candidates residing near Moshi, Chikhali, Bhosari, or nearby areas will be preferred.
• Working ScheduleShift Pattern: Single Shift
• Working Hours: 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Weekly Off: Sunday
