Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe interior spaces. The candidate will collaborate with clients, architects, vendors, and project teams to create innovative design concepts and ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand design requirements, preferences, and budget.

Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations.

Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, color schemes, and material selections.

Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings using design software.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design implementation.

Source furniture, fixtures, lighting, fabrics, and accessories.

Ensure projects comply with safety standards and building regulations.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.

Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong creativity, visualization, and presentation skills.

Good knowledge of materials, lighting, furniture, and space planning.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in residential/commercial/hospitality projects.

Knowledge of Vastu/Feng Shui (optional depending on region).

Certification in interior design software is a plus.
