Interior Project Manager

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Project Manager to manage interior projects from planning to completion. The candidate will coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning: Plan project schedules, work activities, material requirements, and execution timelines.
2. Site Management: Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
3. Team Coordination: Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
4. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement, quotations, deliveries, and work orders.
5. Budget Control: Monitor project expenses, material costs, labour charges, and overall project budgets.
6. Material Management: Ensure materials are available on time and maintain proper records of materials used at the site.
7. Quality Control: Inspect completed work and ensure it meets the required quality standards.
8. Client Coordination: Communicate project progress, discuss requirements, and resolve client concerns.
9. Documentation: Maintain project schedules, BOQs, estimates, work orders, purchase orders, bills, and daily progress reports.
10. Billing and Payments: Coordinate with the accounts team for vendor bills, client billing, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking.
11. Problem Solving: Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve them quickly.
12. Project Completion: Ensure timely handover of the completed project and close all pending work.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in interior project execution and site management.
• Knowledge of interior materials, drawings, BOQs, and estimation.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and project management tools.
