Job Overview We are looking for a confident, result-oriented Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries and generate bookings for an Australian business.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, strong persuasion skills and experience in international telesales, customer service or inside sales.

You will interact with Australian customers, understand their requirements, provide service information, follow up on enquiries and convert potential customers into confirmed bookings.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

Customer Calling & Enquiry Management

• Contact customers who have submitted enquiries through the website or other channels.
• Respond to incoming enquiries and callback requests promptly.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate service information.

Sales & Lead Conversion

• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and sales techniques.
• Explain service offerings, pricing and benefits to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Follow-ups & Customer Engagement

• Follow up with prospective customers through phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Maintain regular communication with interested customers.
• Re-engage customers who have not yet confirmed their bookings.

Objection Handling & Negotiation

• Handle customer questions, pricing concerns and objections professionally.
• Build trust and communicate the value of the services.
• Negotiate appropriately to improve conversion rates.

Sales Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain accurate customer and enquiry records in the CRM.
• Track follow-ups, conversions and pending enquiries.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, international voice process or customer-facing sales.
• Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with Australian customers.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer enquiries.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and reliable.

Working Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Six working days per week.
• Australian business hours, with the corresponding early-morning shift in India.
• Work-from-home arrangement.
