Kitchen Staff

Banh House is looking for an energetic, dependable team player to join our kitchen line. If you take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food, work well under a busy service rush, and bring positive energy into a kitchen, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Handle daily prep, assembly, and service on the line—from fresh food and proteins to herbs and sauces—strictly following recipe standards.
• Maintain clean, organized prep and line stations in line with kitchen hygiene and food safety guidelines.
• Support dishwashing, stock replenishment, and end-of-shift closing routines.
• Collaborate smoothly with the front-of-house team to ensure orders leave the kitchen fast and accurate.

Who We’re Looking For

• Eagerness to Learn: No extensive culinary degree required—what matters most is coachability, attention to detail, and a genuine drive to master our menu.
• Dedication & Reliability: Punctual, focused during peak rushes, and committed to high standards of consistency.
• Positive Attitude: Brings calm communication, mutual respect to keep the kitchen atmosphere supportive and pleasant to work in.
• Prior experience in a QSR, café, or commercial kitchen is a plus, but passion and work ethic come first.
