Job Description
JOB TITLE: Kitchen Supervisor
LOCATION: Deccan, Pune
JOB TYPE: Full-time
THE MAIN FOCUS:
The core of this job is simple: make sure we have the right amount of stock, ensure the team follows our recipe portion sizes, and stop food and money from going to waste.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Stock: Track daily inventory, accept deliveries, and manage par levels.
• Orders: Compare what we sold on the POS system against the food we actually used.
• Portions: Monitor kitchen line prep to ensure strict portion control and recipe accuracy.
• Waste: Identify and log food waste or missing inventory.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
• 2-3 years of experience in a kitchen, store, or restaurant environment.
• Comfortable with basic math, spreadsheets, or inventory software.
• Reliable, organized, and physically able to handle stock deliveries.
