Job Description

We are looking for a proactive team member for B2B online lead generation and sales support. The candidate will be responsible for generating and managing leads from platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial and other B2B portals, responding to enquiries, preparing/submitting quotations, coordinating with the sales team, and regular customer follow-ups.


Key Responsibilities:


- Generate and manage B2B leads through online portals.

- Respond to customer enquiries and product requirements.

- Prepare and submit offers/quotations.

- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.

- Maintain lead and enquiry records.

- Coordinate with sales and purchase teams for timely responses.


Required Skills: Good communication, basic computer knowledge, MS Office/Excel, and experience with B2B portals will be preferred.
