• Handle bench sales and identify suitable job opportunities
• Source requirements through LinkedIn, job portals & vendor networks
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and recruiters
• Negotiate rates and manage submissions
• Maintain consultant and client databases
• Follow up regularly and achieve daily/monthly targets
