About the Role
- Oversee procurement of construction materials and services for urban development projects.
- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality & compliance.
- Coordinate with project teams to forecast materials & inventory needs.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in construction/real estate.
- Strong negotiation & contract management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems; detail-oriented & analytical.
