Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with service engineers, customers, and vendors for required details.
- Collect and verify material/service pricing.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and approvals.
- Maintain quotation records and update quotation status.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely quotation submission.
- Handle customer queries related to quotations and pricing.
Required Skills:
- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in quotation, sales coordination, or similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Knowledge of engineering/service industry will be an added advantage.
