Job Description

  • Handle client inquiries and understand customer requirements.
  • Generate leads through calls, references, and channel partner networks.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into bookings.
  • Negotiate with clients and support them throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, and follow-up updates.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good client-handling and follow-up abilities.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
  • Knowledge of the Pune real estate market and channel partner network will be an advantage.
