Job Title: Relationship Manager
Job Overview :
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and strengthening relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance, addressing their needs, and offering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of client relationship management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities-
1. Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
2. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers for successful sales closures.
3. Build rapport and trust with customers through effective communication.
4. Conduct regular visits to customer locations to promote services and generate leads.
5. Coordinate corporate visits for clients and partners, ensuring a professional environment.
6. Research potential business opportunities and markets.
7. Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
8. Provide strategic guidance to optimize team performance.
9. Monitor sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
10. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior.
11. Plan and coordinate participation in industry exhibitions and conferences.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Effective written and verbal communication skills
3. Proven experience in client relationship management or account management, preferably in a similar industry.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions effectively.
6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients.
7. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
