Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager – Broking Demat Account & Financial Products

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Relationship Executive to manage and monetize clients who have opened Demat accounts. The role involves client servicing, activation, and cross-selling a wide range of financial products including Mutual Funds, Insurance, Advisory Services, and Wealth Products while driving brokerage revenue.

Open Demat account of Client.


Key Responsibilities

  • Open new Demat account of client.

1. Client Onboarding & Activation

· Ensure newly opened Demat clients are activated for trading & investment

· Guide clients on trading platforms and investment processes

· Increase client engagement and first transaction conversion

2. Revenue Generation & Sales

· Generate brokerage revenue through equity & derivative trading

· Cross-sell financial products:

o Mutual Funds (SIP/Lumpsump)

o Insurance (Life/Health)

o Advisory / Research Products

o PMS / AIF / Wealth Products

· Identify upselling opportunities based on client profile

3. Client Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

· Regularly connect via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings

· Understand financial goals and recommend suitable products

· Provide market insights, investment ideas, and portfolio suggestions

4. Portfolio & Advisory Support

· Assist clients in portfolio review and rebalancing with help of broker

· Promote long-term investment approach

5. Lead Management & Follow-ups

· Work on assigned leads and existing client database

· Ensure timely follow-up and conversion

· Maintain high conversion ratios

6. Compliance & Documentation

· Follow SEBI and company & HR compliance guidelines

· Ensure ethical selling practices

Required Skills

· Strong sales and negotiation skills

· Good understanding of stock market & financial products

· Excellent communication & relationship-building ability

· Ability to explain complex financial products simply

· Target-oriented and result-driven mind set

Educational Qualification

· Graduate in any stream (Commerce / Finance preferred)

· NISM Certification (Equity / Mutual Fund) preferred

· IRDA certification (for insurance) is an added advantage

Experience

· 6 Month to 2 years in stock broking / wealth management / financial sales

· Fresher’s with strong market knowledge and sales aptitude can apply
