Job Description
We are hiring Work From Home Performance Sales Executives for sales role in the financial services domain.
This is a performance-based (incentive-only) opportunity where candidates will work remotely to generate leads, speak with interested customers, and close sales using company-provided training and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads using online platforms
- Connect with interested prospects via call
- Explain product features and benefits clearly
- Close sales as per shared guidelines
- Maintain basic daily lead and conversion updates
- Follow the sales process and scripts provided by the company
Skills & Requirements
- Basic understanding of online platforms
- Interest in sales, marketing, or customer interaction
- Good communication skills in Hindi / English
- Smartphone or Laptop with stable internet connection
- Willingness to learn and work independently
