Job Description
Job Summary:The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling industrial electronics products such as Online ups ,offline up,stabilisers,SFC,SMF batteries ,inverters . The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new customers in industries like manufacturing, automation, OEMs, and system integrators
- Promote products such as PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, power supplies, and control panels
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Negotiate pricing, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Basic understanding of industrial automation products (UPS,stabilisers,SMF batteries ,SFC etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and explain solutions
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Preferred Skills:Experience with brands like Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, etc.
- Existing network in industrial sectors
- Knowledge of automation systems and industrial applications
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Sales target achievement
- New customer acquisition
- Conversion rate of leads
- Customer retention and repeat business
- Territory growth
- Compensation:Fixed salary + incentives + travel allowance
