Job Description

Key Responsibilities 


  • Drive sales growth through General Trade channels. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors. 
  • Expand market reach and identify new business opportunities. 
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. 
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends. 
  • Ensure effective execution of sales and promotional activities. 
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 


  • Graduate in any discipline. 
  • 5+ years of FMCG and GT sales experience. 
  • Strong distributor and retailer network. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Good knowledge of market development and channel sales. 
  • Proficient in MIS Reporting and Advanced Microsoft Excel, with strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking
