Experience: 1–2 years (preferably in industrial customer management)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to manage enquiries, prepare quotations, proforma invoices, follow up with clients, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound enquiries, gather complete customer details, and log them in Excel.
• Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices accurately and promptly, follow up with clients.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling complementary products.
• Research new industries and potential clients, send company introductions and follow up on leads.
• Maintain daily and weekly reports on enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of electronics or industrial tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales support preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn branding and social media content management is an added advantage.
