Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Advocate with 2–3 years of relevant experience in real estate and property law. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of legal drafting, conveyancing, title due diligence, and real estate documentation, along with excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet various legal documents, agreements, notices, deeds, and contracts.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned legal task from team members and clients.
• Support the legal team in managing day-to-day legal operations and real estate transactions.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in legal practice, preferably in real estate/property law.
• Strong experience in legal drafting, conveyancing, title search, title verification, and property documentation.
• Communicate with the Clients from time to time for the updates and further actions on the assigned task
• Good understanding of applicable property and real estate laws and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Good analytical, research, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently manage assigned matters and work within deadlines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify potential clients and generate legal business opportunities through networking, referrals, client relationships, and market outreach.
• Handle legal sales and business development activities, including presenting legal services, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and converting prospective clients into customers.
• Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely closure of legal service engagements.
