Job Description

Job Description – Project CoordinatorRole: Coordinate engineering projects from planning to completion.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and update project schedules.
  • Follow up with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and clients.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, approvals, and delays.
  • Coordinate client meetings and provide regular project updates.
  • Follow up on project billing, invoices, and pending payments.
  • Record and resolve client complaints and project issues.
  • Maintain MOMs, project documents, trackers, and ERP updates.
  • Escalate delays and critical issues to management.

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or Project Management.

Experience: 2–5 years in engineering, construction, architecture, or consultancy projects.
