Position: Service Engineer
Location: Pune (Travel Across Maharashtra & PAN India)
Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Daily Allowance + Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities
• Installation and commissioning of Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, Press Brake Machines, and CNC equipment.
• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software-related issues.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
• Machine inspection, calibration, and performance optimization.
• Customer training on machine operation and maintenance.
• Preparation of service reports and maintenance records.
• Coordination with the sales and technical support teams.
• Support customers through phone, video call, and on-site visits.
• Ensure timely resolution of service calls and customer complaints.
• Travel extensively for customer support across assigned regions.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualification
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechatronics
• Electronics & Telecommunication
• Instrumentation
Experience
• Freshers are welcome.
• 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Machinery, CNC Machines, Laser Cutting Machines, Automation, or Maintenance Engineering preferred.
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of Electrical Panels and Control Systems.
• Understanding of Servo Drives, PLCs, Sensors, and Industrial Automation.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
