About the Role

3RI Technologies is looking for an energetic and confident Soft Skills & Communication Trainer who enjoys working with students and helping them become confident, professional and interview-ready.

This is a 6-hour-per-day role with flexible working hours, making it suitable for experienced trainers, teachers, freelance trainers and professionals looking for a stable training opportunity with better work-life flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive soft-skills and communication sessions for students.
• Improve students' spoken English, confidence and professional communication.
• Prepare students for HR interviews, group discussions and presentations.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide individual feedback.
• Mentor students on professional behaviour and workplace readiness.
• Conduct student orientation and motivational sessions when required.
• Track student improvement and identify candidates requiring additional support.
• Coordinate with the training and placement team for student career readiness.
• Occasionally support workshops, seminars and student-engagement activities.
