Store Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Executive to manage our physical brand store in Pune. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in retail or store operations, excellent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi, and basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
• Handle billing and coordinate with the operations team when required.
• Maintain store displays and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate for stock replenishment.
• Maintain daily sales and inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth store operations.
• Ensure timely reporting and adherence to store policies.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or store operations
• Fluent communication in Marathi and Hindi (English is an added advantage).
• Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to maintain sales and inventory records accurately.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
• Experience in a retail showroom, brand store, or customer-facing environment.
