Store Executive

Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, identification and issue of materials. • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper physical stock control. • Coordinate inward and outward material movement and ensure timely availability of materials to internal departments. • Perform stock verification, cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory activities. • Maintain proper documentation for material receipts, issues, transfers and returns. • Support store audits and ensure compliance with company processes and safety requirements. • Handle warehouse activities including material segregation, bin management, housekeeping and FIFO practices wherever applicable. • Coordinate with logistics, production, purchase and other internal teams for smooth material flow. • Use SAP MM / ERP systems for inventory transactions, material tracking and reporting. • Support store supervision and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
