Job Description
- Generate personal loan leads through telecalling, field visits, references, and other sales channels.
- Contact prospective customers and explain personal loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Convert leads into successful loan applications and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth application processing.
- Follow up with customers from application to loan disbursement.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure all customer information and documentation is accurate and complete.
- Maintain daily sales and lead reports.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
