Job Description
- Safely operate and drive the assigned vehicle according to traffic rules and company policies.
- Pick up and drop off employees, clients, or passengers safely and on time.
- Maintain the vehicle in clean, safe, and good working condition.
- Perform routine checks of fuel, tires, brakes, oil, lights, and other essential components.
- Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Plan routes efficiently and use navigation systems when required.
- Ensure proper handling and security of company documents, materials, or goods carried in the vehicle.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain confidentiality when transporting staff or company information.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or materials when required.
- Renew or maintain required vehicle documents, permits, insurance, and licenses as applicable.
- Keep the vehicle ready and available as per the assigned schedule.
- Demonstrate professional, courteous, and responsible behavior with passengers, clients, and colleagues.
- Follow company policies regarding vehicle use, fuel, parking, and authorized trips.
- Immediately report any traffic violations, accidents, damage, or unusual incidents to the supervisor.
