Job Title: TIG WelderJob Summary:The TIG Welder is responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques on various metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards to ensure the structural integrity and quality of welded components.

1. Key Responsibilities:Perform TIG welding on metals according to blueprints, specifications, and job orders.
2. Prepare and set up welding equipment, including cleaning, grinding, and fitting metal pieces.
3. Monitor and adjust welding parameters such as amperage, voltage, and torch angle to achieve proper weld quality.
4. Inspect welded joints for defects and perform repairs as necessary.
5. Maintain welding equipment, gas supplies, and consumables.
6. Collaborate with engineers and fabrication teams to ensure project specifications are met.
7. Follow all safety protocols, including use of protective gear and proper ventilation.
8. Maintain accurate documentation of welding work and completed inspections.
9. Ensure proper handling and storage of metal materials and finished products.
