Steward / WaiterWe are looking for a professional, courteous, and guest-focused Steward / Waiter to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing efficient table service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently according to service standards.
• Set up, clear, and maintain tables throughout service.
• Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and ready.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
• Monitor guest requirements and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and inform the supervisor when required.
• Maintain good knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team.
• Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Support upselling and promotional activities where appropriate.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Captain.
