Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with documentation and basic account-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions.
Assist with purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers.
Update and maintain ledgers and accounting records.
Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Support the accounts team with routine accounting activities.
Assist in preparing basic financial reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for account-related requirements.
Requirements
