Hiring: Junior Accountant / Admin


Company: Minimal Stroke Studio Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Baner Road, Head Office, Pune

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹3–4 LPA

Work Mode: Full-time, On-site

Shift: General Day Shift


About the Role


Minimal Stroke Studio is looking for an organized and responsible Junior Accountant / Admin to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and office administration.


Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain daily accounting entries and ledgers.
  • Prepare invoices and track payments and collections.
  • Coordinate vendor payments and maintain petty cash records.
  • Handle office supplies, documentation, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain records and assist with tax filing and audit-related work.
  • Update financial data and reports using MS Excel.


Requirements


  • B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of Tally Prime or Zoho Books.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and honesty.
