Accountant

• End-to-End Ledger Ownership: Supervise daily data entry and fully own Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger accuracy.

• Advanced Tax Compliance: Independently calculate, file, and reconcile monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 2B matching) and quarterly TDS deductions/certificates.

• Finalization Assistance: Prepare trial balances, depreciation schedules, and provisions to assist the Finance Manager in finalising Balance Sheets and P&L accounts.

• Cash Flow & Banking: Oversee complex bank and vendor ledger reconciliations while monitoring daily cash flow positions.

• Audit & Internal Controls: Gather and prepare all necessary documentation, schedules, and vouchers for internal and statutory auditors.

• MIS Reporting: Design and present monthly financial performance reports, variance analyses, and expense tracking charts to management.

Key Requirements

• Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), or Inter-CA / Inter-CMA.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in core corporate accounting.

• Software Mastery: Advanced expertise in Tally Prime, or Zoho Books, combined with a strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas).

• Skill Set: Deep practical knowledge of accounting standards, corporate taxation laws, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
