Job Title: Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

Experience: 2–5 years (Manufacturing preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Expense,

Payments, Receipts).

 Manage vendor invoices, GRN verification, and matching with purchase orders.

 Maintain books of accounts: Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet.

 Prepare GST workings: Sales, Purchase, Input credit, GSTR-1 & 3B data.

 Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and payment.

 Maintain petty cash and daily cash book.

 Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT).

 Coordinate with internal departments: Store, Purchase, Production for cost data.

 Prepare monthly MIS reports, cost sheets, and expense summaries.

 Support audits (internal and statutory) with document preparation.

 Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedule.

 Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and customer outstanding.

Skills Required:

 Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.

 Understanding of GST, TDS, and manufacturing cost flow.

 Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Basic formulas).

 Accuracy in bookkeeping and documentation.

 Communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

 B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

 Additional certification in accounting is a plus.
