Are you good with accounts, Excel and customer payment follow-ups?
Shah Marketing Pune LLP is looking for an Accountant Cum DEO who can manage day-to-day accounting/data entry work and, most importantly, take ownership of outstanding payments and collection recovery.
💼 What You'll Handle
🔹 Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records
🔹 Handle customer outstanding / receivable tracking
🔹 Regularly follow up with customers for pending payments
🔹 Handle collection recovery and payment follow-ups
🔹 Maintain customer ledgers and outstanding reports
🔹 Record sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries
🔹 Prepare and maintain invoices, bills and vouchers
🔹 Update accounting data accurately in Tally / Excel
🔹 Prepare daily/weekly outstanding and collection reports
🔹 Coordinate with sales and management regarding pending payments
🔹 Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts-related records
🔹 Ensure timely and accurate data entry
🎯 Must-Have Skills
⭐ Collection Recovery Experience – MUST
⭐ Payment Receivable / Outstanding Payment Follow-up – MUST
Also required:
✔️ Basic accounting knowledge
✔️ Tally / accounting software
✔️ MS Excel
✔️ Customer ledger handling
✔️ Billing & invoicing
✔️ Good communication and follow-up skills
✔️ Accuracy in data entry and accounting records
🏢 Industry Experience
Candidates from any industry can apply.
Experience in Plumbing / Sanitaryware / Bathware / Building Materials / Hardware will be an added advantage.
💰 Salary₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Salary will depend on relevant experience and interview performance.
